3 reviews for Canine First Aid – Accredited Certificate Course

  1. Rated 5 out of 5

Surely a must for every dog owner and canine professional! This vet-written course assumes no prior medical knowledge and so is in no way daunting. It moves methodically through the many hazards, signs of illness, and injuries dog may suffer and gives clear and simple but detailed information on what to look for, how to provide primary care, and when it’s necessary to get to the vet.
Having completed this course, I was much calmer and objective when one of our dogs was unwell recently. I knew what to check and how to monitor for her getting worse and, thankfully, better. Previously, I’d probably have panicked and rushed her off to the vet and, whilst no First Aid course is a substitute for veterinary care when it’s needed, this course gave me the skills and confidence to know that my girl was going to be OK and, as she has a deep fear of vets, I was delighted that Canine Principles had put me in a position to be able to avoid that for her.

  2. Rated 5 out of 5

This really is a great course. It’s well written and well laid out. It is uncomplicated so you don’t need to be in the veterinary field to understand it. I honestly believe that every dog owner should enroll on this course – the information you’ll learn from it is invaluable. Not just for dog professionals but any dog owner who wants to learn about keeping their dog safe. It can be hard learning all this first aid information but because you can do it in your own time, you digest more and although you’ll hopefully never need to use your newly found first aid knowledge, it’s more likely to come back to you in the event that you do! Great job Canine Principles! 🙂

  3. Rated 5 out of 5

This course is a must for anyone that wants to learn or know more about first aid, this course is ideal for dog owners and professions. its easy to follow and easy to understand. worth its weight in gold.
